Ms. Monieka Khanna is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 20 years of rich and diverse experience spanning education, events, creative arts, and institutional leadership. Her inspiring journey—from choreographer, performer, and Head of Events to becoming one of the most respected names in the education sector—reflects her passion-driven growth and commitment to meaningful impact.
She is serving as the CEO of Mount Olympus Group of Schools, where she successfully launched and operationalized multiple K–12 schools across Gurgaon and initiated a robust franchise model with several new branches in progress. Her core strengths include school start-ups, educational technology integration, brand building, business development, and holistic student engagement.
A graduate in English (Hons) from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Ms. Khanna has worked with reputed institutions including Educomp Schools, Excelsior American School, GD Goenka, and Shalom Group of Schools. Throughout her journey, she has held multiple key positions such as Admissions Incharge, Head of Communications, Strategic Head, Business Head, and CEO—each role adding depth and dimension to her leadership style.
